NEW BUILD & RESTORATION
WEST OXFORDSHIREIn the heart of The Cotswolds, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Castellum was employed on a Design and Build basis to
redevelop an existing farm.
This involved the demolition of most of the existing buildings, construction of an 8,000 sq ft new Cotswold stone farmhouse with separate staff accommodation and the extensive refurbishment of 10,000 sq ft of stabling and associated outbuildings.
All materials used were of a traditional nature and the project included all external works: hundreds of metres of dry stone walling, natural stone patios and a rill feature. The project was delivered in 20 months.
